Integration of the monitoring and control system into Syslog Server
Syslog is typically used for network management and security monitoring. All smart monitoring and control systems from Didactum® can transmit log messages to a syslog server. The transmission of these messages is based on the syslog protocol.
Setting up the syslog server in the monitoring system
Log in to the web interface of your monitoring and control system. In the "System Settings" menu, please go to the "Logging" tab and then to "Syslog". In the "Name of Syslog Server" field, enter the IP address and port of your Syslog server.
