"Service 'serialdevd' is broken. The service will be restarted"	1. Possibly a faulty firmware update performed. 2. The firmware update was performed with an incorrect USB cable. 3. Possibility of a defective mainboard.	1. Check the firmware and installed kernel of the monitoring system / web thermometer. Often an outdated kernel is present on the Didactum device. 2. Request the current firmware update and latest Linux kernel from support.  3. Please use the original OTG USB cable for the firmware update under Windows 10/11. 4. Contact Didactum support.

2. Email sending error messages:

"Send mail 'mail1' error: curl: (7) Failed to connect to 192.168.0.12 port 25: No route to host"	1. The address or name of the email server specified in the "SMTP server" field is incorrect or does not exist. 2. Your monitoring system has outdated firmware and/or an outdated kernel installed.	1. Check the availability of the specified host. 2. Update the firmware and kernel of your monitoring system:
"Send mail 'mail1' error: curl: (6) Couldn't resolve host 'mail.smtp.com'"	1. The address or name of the email server specified in the "SMTP server" field is incorrect or does not exist. 2. DNS network settings are incorrect or were entered incorrectly. 3. Your monitoring system has outdated firmware and/or an outdated kernel installed.	1. Check the DNS network settings. 2.
