No. You can only upload the configuration to monitoring devices of the same series. For example, the configuration of the Monitoring System 400 can be imported to another device in the 400 series. However, importing the device settings of a 100 system to a 500 II Premium monitoring device is not possible, as the systems are equipped with different CPUs and motherboards.

In the German-language web interface, go to the "Event Log" menu item. Here you will see all events. In the top left corner of the web interface, you will find a gear icon. Simply click on the icon and select "Save Log".

The configuration of each Didactum IT monitoring system can be exported and loaded into other monitoring systems. To do this, please go to "System Menu" -> "Export" in your IT monitoring device's web interface and click on "Export current settings".

Then download the configuration file "settings.zor" to your computer.

Please log in to your Didactum remote monitoring system as an administrator. Then, please go to the "Event Log" menu. Here you will see all status changes and critical events recorded by the Didactum IP alarm server. Please then click on the gear icon in the upper left corner, and a new window will open. Here, select "Save Log" to export the syslog event database.

Backing up your configuration is incredibly easy. Log in to the Didactum Monitoring System. Under the "System Menu" entry, you'll find the "Export" tab. Then, simply click on "Export current settings." You can easily import the backup file "settings.zor" to your other monitoring systems. To do this, in the web GUI, go to the "System Menu," select the "Firmware" tab, and choose the "settings.zor" configuration file. Then, click the "Load" button. After clicking "OK," the system will reboot with the desired configuration.

Important: Please ensure that all monitoring appliances are running the same firmware release, otherwise, problems may occur.
