Maintenance

BAT-CR2032 3V batteries are required to save the date and time on the device.

The batteries must be replaced if the device is stored without a power supply for an extended period, after prolonged disuse, or after the warranty period has expired.

The batteries can only be replaced when the device is switched off!

To do this, switch off the device, open the casing, carefully slide the old battery to the side, and remove it. Check the battery compartment for water stains or other damage, insert a new battery, close the casing, and reconnect the device to a power source. Then synchronize the date and time.

Replace fuse:

The fuse should be replaced by a qualified electrician. The power cord must be unplugged beforehand. The fuse may only be replaced with a fuse of the same type and current rating.

Bypassing the defective fuse is not permitted.

Didactum monitoring systems and Didactum PDUs are equipped with a fuse at the power cord entry point (C14). The specific specifications can be found in the technical data.
